Join us for a nurturing retreat designed to celebrate and demystify the menstrual cycle. Through hands-on learning, creativity, and connection, this experience fosters confidence, understanding, and bonding between daughters and their caretakers.

Highlights Include:

• Cycle Education – Learn about puberty and menstruation through engaging activities

• Creative Exploration – Craft a personalized period journal with nature-based materials

• Self-Care Rituals – Gentle movement, body literacy, and cyclical living practices

• Reflection & Storytelling – Share, write, and connect across generations

• Foraging Walk – Explore the land and learn about local plants

👧 Open to: Daughters ages 8+ and their caretakers
