This Solstice, join us as we illuminate the power of our creative centers and life force. You will be guided in somatic practices to tap into your inner wisdom and participate in a rite of passage womb ceremony within a supportive community environment. You will walk away from this experience empowered to illuminate a more gracious relationship with your cycle and/or the moon cycle.

Kara Stansbury
A Somatic Family Therapist who specializes in women’s health has been working in the therapeutic field for nearly 20 years. She holds additional certifications in Somatic Experiencing, Perinatal Mental Health, and Trauma Informed Yoga. Currently, Kara has a private practice, Birthrite Healing, where she specializes in somatic trauma work and supporting women and their families in the perinatal period.
Melissa Lafontaine
Founder of Earth Within Girls, was inspired by her journey in healing hormonal imbalances through plant knowledge and self-care. The organization emerged from her Master’s program in Environmental Studies at the University of Montana, where she focused on educating children through plant-based learning. She holds a certificate in Western Herbalism from Green Path Herb School and is in an ongoing Functional Hormonal Health Coach training with Cycle Seeds.
