Her Becoming Peri Menopause/ Menopause Retreat- March 29th

$150.00

Midlife doesn’t have to feel like something to push through. What if it’s actually a doorway —into more clarity, creativity, and confidence then you’ve felt in years? A becoming.

If you’ve been experiencing brain fog, mood shifts, sleep changes, hot flashes, or a body that suddenly feels unfamiliar, you’re not broken — and you’re not alone. These changes are signals inviting you to understand and care for yourself in a new, more supportive way.

This one-day immersive experience blends Ayurvedic tools, exercise science, real talk, and embodied practices to help you feel informed, grounded, and more at home in your evolving body.
