Her work is driven by a desire to help women reconnect with and better understand their bodies.
Meet Melissa
Earth Within Girls (EWG) was founded in 2020 by Melissa Lafontaine, inspired by her healing journey with plant-based self-care and hormonal balance. Rooted in her graduate work in Environmental Studies at the University of Montana and her floral design business, EWG began with community workshops and gained momentum after a successful guardian-daughter event on International Women’s Day. Now offering after-school programs, camps, and workshops, EWG focuses on hormonal health, cycle literacy, and nature connection.
Melissa is a certified Moon Meeting Facilitator (The Way of the Womb) and Functional Hormonal Health Coach (Cycle Seeds), and she leads inclusive, empowering programs for female-identifying and non-binary youth.
