Explore the magic of local and native plants while making medicine kits with shoots and flowers in fun and safe ways. We will craft personalized self-care tool kits while learning about plant ID, ethical & intuitive harvesting and easy to replicate recipes for first aid, moon-time and stress relief. We will learn about the energy of plants and group them into full moon vs. new moon categories. Imagine having seasonal herbal salves, sprays, oils, teas and more for your outdoor adventures, self care and moon time needs! Throughout the week we will go on exploratory hiking and swimming adventures, where we will feel into the rhythms of nature and its gifts.
